How to promote the game

fix server problems and instant disconnects, implement reconnect function
implement useful ui changes such as display of hero spell levels and items in top left, show duration of spells on heroes in tooltip, etc.
get rid of glitchy clicks so you e.g. always hit trees and reduce creep hooliganism to original levels

BOOM 20K returning players

Sponsor interregional digital tournaments with middle ground hosts like w3c playoffs with hostbots, so EU vs ASIA has good ping

How to promote the game

Hire more then 1 guy who works on the game. Fix the game. DO what you promised.

Fire all your friends and relatives you hired just for eating up the company.
Hire people with skills that actually care about the game and can finish the job in a respectful amount of time.

or just revert to what it was before and hire a single programmer for a couple of months who can fix the parser and a couple more exploits.

You can always use reforged graphics for wc4… like the wise decision you took for sc ghost…

They would have had plenty of people on this game IF THEY HAD A FUNCTIONING LADDER from the beginning. They failed, and continue to fail. It’s too late to get any RTS market share for the 1v1 scene.

One could work out the new campaign they promised so that Players are with the campaign for a month or two and you give them those two months to make the league system.

But instead they gave us nothing with the exit of the Game and the Fans reacted in the logical way. Asking for refunds.

people want to see new graphic not old graphic thus this game is doomed from start because of it small community

The only way to make this anything more than what it is… would be to take it down completely and go back to the drawing board. Start over from scratch and basically come out with WC3: a realm reborn…

And the solution to both was the campaign reinforced with new cinematics that made the new graphics appreciated and of course you finished the graphics.
Blizzard was shot to the foot by canceling that.
