How do I install the voice sounds for Exodus of the Horde?

So in Warcraft 3 Frozen Throne there is a Custom Campaign option and it already includes one called the Exodus of the Horde. Its essentially the missing missions of the Prologue Campaign from Reign of Chaos. Its also showcases and explains how and why Thrall has DarkSpear Trolls in his Horde.

But playing it, there is no voice acting in the Custom Campaign. But I have seen a video on youtube where it does:

So then I searched and found this in mods:

But I don’t know how to install it because when I open it it takes me to the World Editor.

Have a look at this:

if you don’t have campaigns folder (as I did) create one

NOTE: (just in case) A small research of mine has shown that no matter what your game client language is voices (as well as some quest notes) will still be in English as they are probaly handn’t be translated.

I already figured it out. I was supposed to drag and drop the mod file in the Campaigns folder in the Warcraft III folder.
