I gifted my friend reforged hoping that he could go to his account management downloads and install the classic warcraft 3 game so we can play together but he informs me that it is not there. Will the keys be emailed to him or is there another step we are missing?
when he install the game, he can choose to either use classic keys or logging in on battle.net acc to verify. i tested this today.
He will not receive any CD keys anymore, as they are “useless” now. He just has to download the installer and then log into his BNet account to verify he owns Reforged. Then he can install Classic WC3 and play it.
