That was kind of an odd limitation of the original, where they didn’t just invent new spells for him. Kind of a missed opportunity IMO, since I would think they have the ability to add new abilities in the editor, maybe even hardcode new ones into the game.
Daelin Proudmoore could have gotten some unique abilities too. He doesn’t even use his gun -_-
