Game don't save progress

Hi there,
I have a problem.
When I play the Warcraft reforged, the game has not saving the progress. So I must play play campaigns agayi from start…
One more problem, I can’t play online. Versus starts finding other players and when find, nothing happend and I’m queued for another players.
Is something wrong with my firewall aor something?

Hello,

I’m facing the same issue.
I bought a new pc and installed windows on a new ssd

I have w3 reforged installed in other ssd, so i installed blizzard’s launcher and ran the game

I lost the campagin progress, I was fighting Archimonde last time.

Edit: found saves in C:\Users"UserName"\Documents\Warcraft III\BattleNet"numbers"\Campaigns
