Game Freeze and Crash, UI is extremely laggy even though I have 190+ fps according to GeForce Experience FPS counter

I and many more have the same problem.

Game freezes and then crashes

Since the bluepost mentioned it could be because of too much RAM I took out 16gigs and I still have the same problem with 16GB of RAM.
