I sent my friend a copy of warcraft 3. He says he never received it even though I was charged and it shows a successful gift sent. If I try to re-send it, it says he already HAS the game. I’m pretty sure I didn’t send it to the wrong person but even so if he already has the game why wouldn’t it let him play it? If he launches the game it just gives him an error.

I think I figured it out. My friend had two accounts both listed via his first name. Is there a way we can switch the game to his main account? It was sent to his old account
