Locate in Singapore, connected to Americas server, hard to join multiplayer game, and often get disconnected problem during game or waiting page.

If you’re located in Singapore you’re going to want to connect through the Asia gateway, which is located in Korea and much closer to you. That will improve your experience with the queues, etc., but because matchmaking is global, you’re still likely to either experience significant lag or inflict it upon others because most players are not near you.
i used to connect to ASIA server, afteri re-install BATTLE NET APP, System recommended me to connect Americas. the disconnect issue occurred in recently.
You’re free to use any gateway regardless of which one it selects for you, so just try it and see if things are any different.
