well i’m here again opening this topic i need help because i want to play this game without freezes or crashes if possible my pc is good but still has this problem and my drivers are all up to date.

Having the game crash and freeze randomly is no fun at all! I see that other forum post and a dxdiag was attached. I’m afraid it did not look to be the entire file however. Sadly that means it’s a bit awkward to troubleshoot what may be going on. At this point it would be best to create a new ticket and generate a fresh msinfo and dxdiag to include with it. That will allow the technical specialists to more deeply dig into what may be going on.
