I have the same error. I bought original ROC and TFT when they came out with their physical keys and activated them in my account. I already wrote 3 Tickets about this and they got closed before fixing and with me following every instruction. The new Client didnt change a thing. WC Reforged still ruined the franchise. Very dissapointing

did you redeem your CD-Keys and download the Reforged clinet? It should work fine.
Same here, also original licences successfully activated in Battle.net Account. The problem still persists, getting the error 6:10 after game starts (European Region). No update available.
Changing region to America at least starts the game, but the mouse cursor seems to be invisible. How buggy is that?
UPDATE: Clearing the Cache-Folder in %ProgramData%/Blizzard Entertainment did solve the issue with error 6:10. The invisible mouse cursor still persists though.
UPDATE #2: The original problem is back. This time it’s error 2:5. I give up. Would have been nice, but who’s got time for that?
Having same issue reforged already purchased(not batle chest edition). get same error as others 6:10.when I should expect this will be fixed?
UPD: check files resolve issue. maybe will be helpfull for someone.
I mean, this isn’t true at all. The vast majority of users were able to play again after the issue was in fact fixed in hotfixes before 2.0.1
That doesn’t mean the same error can’t happen for a different reason to different people.
