Hi, we’ve had this three times now and we’re pretty sure we’ve figured out the general cause.
Most of my clan plays with classic graphics (hd=0 in the prefs file). It seems that sometimes when a unit is killed while it’s stunned, or possibly when it’s killed by the attack that causes a stun, players using the classic graphics will instantly desync.
Here are three examples:
One - Blue’s MK kills a skeleton mage, and the two players using classic instantly desync (nobody else does: one of my allies and all three opponents are fine). The MK has bash, but I can’t tell from the clip whether it proc’d
Two - slightly offscreen (at the top), Teal’s MK storm bolts Purple’s TC, and my entire team (all using classic graphics) desyncs instantly
Three - Teal’s TC is killed while stunned and my entire team (all using classic graphics) desyncs again. I can’t tell exactly what causes the kill, but it could be Tinker rockets or an MK bash.
I don’t think I have replays since the game doesn’t end gracefully in our clients, but I’ll attempt to get the teammate that didn’t desync in example one to dig up his replay.
