One hope to consider is that if Warcraft 3 Reforged gets an extensive Map Editor and Modding Tools that someone would make a Remake of Warcraft 2 Beyond the Dark Portal and they can use this HOTS model of Deathwing for that game since he makes an appearance there.

I love how they properly designed him like a raid/objective boss in the game. He’s unstoppable (can’t be stunned/slowed) and unhealable by allies. You can’t support him, you can’t debilitate him. He’s just a force of nature!

Still sad about his fate in WoW. He was basically a plot device to further the Old God story, he didn’t really have any sort of character, and despite how flashy it was, his death was, from a narrative standpoint, underwhelming.

I am ready to play him. I play Malthael, Chromie, Alexstrasza, and Kel’Thuzad. Bring on papa dragon! I hope they give him a frost themed skin that would be dope!
