Cutscene walk animations are way faster than walk speed

I recently started playing the campaign in reforged classic HD graphics, and in almost all of the non cinematic cutscenes in the Human and Undead campaign, the characters seem to be almost running in place, which is very immersion breaking. It is like that for Thrall in some of the prologue campaign too, and I haven’t gotten past undead campaign yet so it might be an issue in the later campaigns as well.
