When trying to create/join custom games the maps will not download nor let me select, all maps are listed twice and when trying to open ticket the answer I received was to report here instead of trying to resolve the issue

We’ve been seeing reports of this pretty commonly across the bug report forums. There seems to be a work around of deleting old maps from TFT/RoC and then reinstalling Reforged. It is a fix that is working for most people but not everyone. Give it a try and let us know if that fixes the issue for you.
