please help me…

Crac,

Looks like you’re losing ~1% of the data packets you send between your PC and router. I’d power cycle your router, update your network drivers, and if you’re on wifi, swap to ethernet. One of those should fix it. If they don’t, let’s re run the winMTR while on etherenet to see what else we can see.

Im use ethernet only  forgot to say it…also i have done many times the power cycle of my router but didnt work!My network drivers are updated.

Hey, Crac! With this happening on the home network, this is best handled with the internet provider. Are you on Windows 10? If so, let’s try focusing a bit on the system network by resetting the network.

  1. Click on the Start Menu
  2. Select on the Settings :gear: option.
  3. In the Windows Settings, click on “Network & Internet”
  4. Near the bottom of the new window, click on “Network Reset”

If it continues, please contact the internet provider to see if something within the home network, signal, or lines may be experiencing issues after it leaves the system network.

I play 10 multiplayer games online…warcraft its the only game that i got disconnected while playing custom games(5 to 10 games)…im disconnecting from the game, not from battle net…

Crac,

It looks like you’re dropping packets between your PC and router still. If none of the things I recommended earlier helped, and you still have that kind of test, it probably means that the router itself is having an issue. I would see if you can trade the router for a new one from your ISP. This may be all it takes.

If the new router doesn’t fix it, send a new winMTR and let us know what the make and model of your new router is.
