Can't Switch Monitor for Windowed Fullscreen

I am unable to switch monitors with Windowed Fullscreen.

  1. The option is disabled unless using FUllscreen.
  2. The Windows Method of WINKEY+SHIFT+LEFT/RIGHT key to switch monitors doesn’t work on this game in particular.

The only work around is to temporarily switch to full screen, then set the monitor, then switch BACK to Windowed Fullscreen, but the game IGNORES THIS SETTING if you restart. So you have to annoyingly do it every time you start the game.

PLEASE fix this simple bug.
