Can't Access Multiplayer, game stucked on empty Menu

so…i finally able to enter multiplayer menu, first i have to delete the entirety of Download folder (i cut and paste my custom maps elsewhere), and then when i start my wc3, i click Single player >> campaign first, once u done this, you can go back and click those accursed multiplayer menu.

Sometimes it still darkened a bit and freeze, so u got to keep retrying till u can get in, once u’re able to get past the frozen lobby thing, alt tab and return your custom maps into the newly game-created Download folder, and voila!! You can play!!

I dont think this works for MAC user tho

Everything was working great for a long time, and then they started with their updates. I really don’t understand why.
You ruined the game.

Instead of Pressing multiplayer press “U” and it will take you directly to the custom games page with hosted games visable

Everything also worked fine for me before this update. Trouble launching. When launched then I cannot enter multiplayer. Or well I can but nothing appears. If I use hotkey U to get to custom games it works, but there is no games … seriously this is annoying when I was want to peacefully destress from everyday life and play a game or two…

u need to press U before you select anything on the “main menu” else it wont work.
meaning before you press multiplayer.

It stoped working for me yesterday. Just now I was able to play a game. Can’t access multiplayer anymore.

nothing is working for me :c tried the c thing and i can play custom games but i want to play multiplayer. i tried changing my settings, i tried changing my region to every server, i tried scanning and repairing. nothing works. anyone have other advice?

Same issue here. Me and my friend are unable to get multiplayer to open.

the only thing that I know I did differently before this happened to me was click [Download Map] on a custom game… but yeah, now I’m stuck with the same nonexistent chat/play interface as everyone else :\

at least pressing u on the main menu works to get into custom games.

maybe it was due to alt-f4-ing from a custom game lobby? idfk

The game is broken ! Shame on you Blizzard to ruin such a nice game.
