after patching W3 to 1.31.1.12164 x86_64 Jun 5 2019 I have encountered and issue which blocks all online activities. It seems my battle.net account email cannot be entered to login to w3 bnet, becouse of length issue (it’s 19 digits, login frame allows only 16) therefore I cannot play online.
Can I somehow fix this?

In the current Warcraft III battle.net, you can make infinite free accounts once you have the game installed, and login uses Warcraft III game account name, not email. That system is called battle.net but it is actually Battle net 1.0, a precursor to the current system that was written in 2002 before the launcher program that we have now was created.
Its very possible that you do not have a Warcraft III game account yet in this case, so you should make one. Battlenet accounts (where you can enter email) are only used during the startup sequence the first time, to license your game installation.
