Campaign icons locked despite campaing finished

Dears Blizzard Support,

One time I have lost all the progress from campaigns.
I have been told there’s no solution to recover this.
Therefore I’ve completed it all over again in hard mode (except Durotar’s additional campaign) and still the Player Icons are somehow blocked until Illidan’s one.

Can you please support?

PS: that’s not a big deal, still this is a kind of reward I’d love to have.

Do any of the campaign chapters show as not completed on hard? If so, you can use cheat codes to force complete them.

PSA - Campaign Progress Reset - Work Around

With patching seemingly resetting campaign progress, players are getting frustrated that all the work done thus far is lost.
