I noticed yesterday that achievements aren’t disabled when using the in-game cheat codes. As a result, you can simply type “AllYourBaseAreBelongToUs” to unlock every campaign achievement in minutes. That really seems like an oversight, as in-game cheats would (in every analogous situation in games) disable achievements.
Result is that all campaign avatars mean nothing in terms of accomplishment.

Yes. Even Blizzard support is telling people to use cheat code in case you are not accounted for completing campaign mission.
This is straight hilarious. A company telling people to use cheats in order to get basic functionality to work 
There’s also a bug if you refund the game after activating one of those campaign portraits. I still have my Medivh portrait despite refunding. And I used that cheat to breeze through the campaign.
