What are you looking forward to with Reforged? What about it gets you excited that playing regular WC3 doesn’t fulfill? I only ask because technically speaking, they are the same game.

i think this was directed at me? i dunno i seen a blue circle at the top of my screen n it sent me to your comment, i never finished wc3 i played the first 20 mins a few months before knowing wc3 reforged was comming out. i wanna see the story told and see the updated gameplay and graphics, as far as i know wc3 is a solo game i didnt have options to play it online that i know of with the regular edition. i wanted all this to happen BEFORE classic launch so it would give me SOMETHING other than FAILURE RETAIL to play till august 26th usa launch of CLASSIC WoW the only WoW that matters.

I think if you have Warcraft 3, you should still play the original campaign through at least once. It might be a bit rough and not very modern, but it will give you a glimpse of what the original story was like. I mean, you have nothing to lose really, considering the game is still months away.
I think Reforged’s updated campaign will be different enough that even if you are playing it again, you can enjoy it for different reasons than just the story and graphics.
If you choose to wait for reforged to come out, that’s fine too. But yeah, it’s not coming any time ‘soon’.
You know what really helps devs craft a wonderful game, not being f*cking fired. Try rehireing those 800 people you desperately need you tw@ts. #fireBOBBYKOTICKinstead and turn down that predatory evil from an 11 to a 6/10 and then yeah I’d preorder.

Warcraft has a helluva lot of assets, I am not slightly surprised it takes them long as fck, let’s at least wait for blizzcon before we take pitchforks, okaaay? Gogogogogo.

More people playing it! I cant wait for new beautiful graphics and being able to que 3v3s and 4v4s in no time! There are generations of gamers who wouldn’t even consider this game because of the graphics so its not the same game. Graphics will bring a new life into the story and community! I hope the competitive realm takes off and we see long lasting support for this game.
PLUS THE CUSTOM GAMES! I mean how amazing are all the custom games going to be. They are already great now add up to date graphics?? I think a lot of League of Legends players might try the ORGINAL DOTA! Thats a huge selling point when the graphics of the orginal game are now on par with the games they currently play.
I AM FIRED UP FOR THIS GAME! YOU SHOULD BE TOO!

Still, I like where your head’s at OP, we need more people like you in this world. We need to have confidence in the devs instead of just hurling insults at them at every turn. How are they supposed to work on Reforged with confidence if all they’re getting is constant hate, you guys need to remember that Rome wasn’t built in a day.

Wow, soo much butthurt here… I pre-ordered on the first day! I’ve played this game since 2002 and i can way it’s release!
It’s funny how blizzard’s fanbase (at least half of it) only says s**t about it…

Clarification - it’s not a game, it’s an add-on. Without its being an expansion. A paint job. That is worth every penny.

To me the release of the Stukov coop commander is contradicting your quality endorsement of what Blizzard puts out, I mean it’s not that bad, but see the 3d portraits for his units seem lazily done to me. And they had some patches already to address some of it and even after those I still consider that aspect of the product to be subpar. It’s the one purchase I truly regret having spent on.
That and Overwatch, but that was on me for misunderstanding the marketing. Also a bit disappointed with the D3 Necromancer pack. He has fewer armor visuals than the other classes.

Yeah but they added an air dash, grappling hook, the grenade is no longer thrown (stopping you from shooting for however brief that even is) but launched from your shoulder cannon, more classic monsters and monster designs, and it really looks like they’re pushing for every weapon to have a good use other than a core 3 or 4.

Their choice to stick closer to classic designs is what really sells it for me.
Now they just need to get on the mod tools. Kinda sad that they don’t have plans for it and only see it as a ‘long term goal’.
