If you own a classic RoC CD Key then you can attach it to your BattleNet 2.0 account. You can then play Warcraft III Reforged with classic graphics. To install Warcraft III Reforged you need to do so in offline mode in the BattleNet application, as some silly licence UI logic otherwise blocks you unless you own Reforged. Warcraft III Reforged with classic graphics is pretty much the full RoC+TFT experience.

Except it’s not the full RoC experience because there’s no RoC siege units even in Classic mode.

you can open the World Editor and set maps to play in RoC emulation mode on Reforged. Previously versions didn’t really offer it in the same way. It’s different but maybe it’s workable for what you want, since it’s a new feature on the Reforged engine.
