Hallo Blizzard support,
when switching from windowed mode (browsing while waiting for game) to fullscreen mode my screen is black.
Sometimes 5sec switching time sometimes 20sec.
This beaviour was introduced with reforged.
Alt-tabbing and switching modes was no problem prior reforged.
This caused me some games lost already.
Pleas look int it.

Depending on the system’s overall hardware it’s normal to see a black screen when toggling between Windowed and Fullscreen as the game renders to the new window mode. You may consider playing in Fullscreen(Windowed) mode so if you need to toggle between windows it should be faster or keep the game in windowed mode if you like to toggle out of the game when playing often. With Reforge client upgrade came upgrades to the game’s overall system requirements and impact on the system.
