I was talking not about original graphics - I was talking about 2018 graphics,wich are removed. It was a bad decision
Nobody really cares if a character is female or not, it’s the intent behind it people always argue.
I know tons of people, including myself, that love the show Homeland… and yet we all agree Ghostbusters 2016 and the latest Star Wars movies are trash.
Good female representation, and obviously bad pandering…
2 very different things. At the end of the day, most people just don’t want to be pandered to, and that is like 90% of what upsets people.
Unfortunately all of those people are forced into a box and called bigots.

I mean I’ve thrown my hat into the ring about female Reforged characters many times and it always tended to boil down to either lore reasons (for the not-entirely-lore-appropriate game mode) or their personal genuinely… aggressive? Reasons of ‘it’s not realistic’ when we’re talking about a high fantasy game.

They complain because they’re changing the gender of classic characters for no reason but to pander, not because they’re female. Big difference…
Almost entire NE race and much of human is female. Nobody complains about that, because those are the intended characters.

Well I made the “isn’t realistic” argument before, which I stand by there being some validity too… People want characters to relate to, which is why most alien characters and robots are still humanoid, and not bugs, or clouds of mysterious fog or blobs of goo…
We like what we can relate to, and there’s a valid argument to say women don’t really relate to hulking aggressive female characters that act like men. Women are women, not men, and that’s not a bad thing… Why culture has turned that into a negative is a much longer discussion.
Maybe some women relate to the hulking aggressive female character…
I don’t think most women like that though.

Wich characters? Faceless Demon Hunters and DK? I remind you that DK and DH aren’t real characters from the Campaing - There’s nothing wrong with changing their gender,they are not Arthas and Illidan! - They’re just random DK and DH

Never said there’s anything wrong with it, just that the intent upsets people, that they’re doing it to pander, and no other reason than that.
Why a culture that revolves around people pandering to groups is a bad thing, is a really long discussion. We don’t need to get into that here…
