A Dark Covenant - Gold Mine Optional Quest Doesn't work on Hard Mode

Hi,

For the Dark Covenant Quest (Blood Elf Campaign, TFT Chapter 2), the Optional Quest to secure a gold mine and create a town hall does not complete on Hard Mode.

I’ve tried conquering the bases, building a castle from the small gold mine or with my workers. Please fix!

Was not fixed in 1.32.3

It seems to work now (patch 1.32.5) i have tested and both orange and purple camp give credit for me now. I can’t read in the patch notes why.
