I understand there may be some things that still need fixing prior to going live, but it has been over 2 weeks since the PTR was taken down. Can we get some semblance of where the “team” is at in bringing this live?

The PTR continues to be updated, the online play portion is simply disabled.
Retail server quality was also improved this week.
It will ship when it’s ready.
