HI BLIZZARD with this patch basically you crushed the latin american community, we could play with 150 ms with hostbot and now when we try to play with our host we have between 300~350 ms… really fun to play this game with that ping… also we had started our own tournaments with prize… maybe it wasn’t enough like europe cup but it was a good incentive for all our community again THANK YOU BLIZZARD

Hey there, Im currently a Mac player and it seems when I try to logon battlenet it gives me the usual " An error occurred while processing the request". The thing is I went to my friends house, and while connected to his wifi I had no problem at all. After getting back home the same occurence, might have something to do with the internet? (tried to be a bit detailed since I noticed there arent many mac players)
This is garbage. Taking 20+ minutes to find a ladder game on US east on a weekend, took 1-5 minutes before patch.

I had a problem with downloading the install in Germany. Both Firefox as well as Chrome.
I could fix it though!
Using an online proxy located in the US I could download the installer within 10 seconds.

My friend and I just had the same problem.
I used to host our games for years. He lives in Singapore and I live in US. We always had good ping in our games. Today, we tried playing, and his ping was enough to kill our games. Around 350 or higher every game for him. I really hope Blizzard can do something about this, because if this keeps up we pretty much can’t play anymore.
I keep getting disconnected immediately after a custom game loads. It’s so frustrating.

Super stoked for these updates!! I had some of these issues last night but the second update seemed to help. Thank you so much for updating this game and removing the bots from custom games. If anyone knows of any open clans, preferably with a trivia bot in the chat please let me know! I miss those things.
On UsEast its taking a lot of time to find game for solo, took me around 10 min to find a game. Before patch usually took less time. A lot of people encountering this problem.

first of all, I really do like the changes, especially the ones for custom games. Unfortunately, I do have problems with disconnects after trying to connect to custom games. I hope you can fix it soon, since the population in custom games has not been that good since some time!

We have been patient for years for them to fix the problems they created themselves. We dont have any more patience. We are tired of classic team destroying warcraft 3.
