yup same thing - trying to find other folks with this problem

I usually have to launch the game at least four or five times before I can successfully get the custom games menu to populate. There seems to be some kind of auth issue. I bought warhammer 3 reforged just to have it be barely functional. Super frustrating!

Edit: some added info to hopefully help some engineer troubleshoot the issue. When it happens the background is not the correct snowy lich theme. It is a barren dessert theme like it was in WC3 prior to the expansion.

The custom game list sometimes bugs out. Refreshing the list or reopening the custom games menu usually makes missing lobbies appear.

I have seen the same thing while hosting newer custom maps like Poker Strike. Some players cannot see the lobby at first, but after a few refreshes it shows up and they can join normally.
