I bought both SC Remastered and the cartooned version when they came out, and enjoyed playing both versions. After not playing SC for a couple years, I recently I had a hankering to play it again. When I brought up the battle.net launcher yesterday, it said SC needed to be updated. After doing that, I can now play SC Remastered, but if I click on the cartooned version in the launcher, it opens a web browser and offers me the option of buying it. I have checked my account on the web site. It knows that I bought the Remastered, but there is nothing about the cartooned version except the opportunity to buy it.
How can I get my cartooned version back that I paid for years ago ?
I am surprised and disappointed that I got no feedback on this question. I managed to figure it out on my own, so I am sharing it here for others who might want to know:
From the Starcraft main menu, select the Collections menu, then select “Unit & Structure Skins”, choose “Cartooned”, and click Equip.
You can then start w/e game you want and it will be cartooned.
