The serverlist is bugged. Lobbies appear and disappear immediately as if the lobby has started the game or as if it stopped existing. You have to keep on refreshing and hope they will come back.
This only happens in US West, Europe and US East are fine.
I guess its related to the Missing UI stuff. When I have the Missing UI Bug, I also have to rehost several times until I can leave the game open. That is probably what you are observing, I guess.
