I bought StarCraft Remastered about a month ago and was playing successfully. However, now every time I try to launch it, the regular original StarCraft launches instead of the remastered version.
I tried reinstalling StarCraft and Battle.net, but it didn’t help.
I need technical support to resolve this issue.
Та же фигня. Поиграл один день, запускаю на следующий - половина озвучка слетела и графика стала старой, перезапускаю - уже разрешение маленькое, нет русского языка. И в меню предлагает купить Ремастер) Видимо какой-то алгоритм борьбы с пираткой, который требует регулярного логина дал сбой. Что делать - без понятия.
я создал тикет, вот сижу жду. вообще бред, купил ремастер, но играть невозможно.

Вон в соседней ветке пишут про пропажу языка, мужик пишет:
Близзард, ало, почему игнорируете? я зашел, у меня ремастер, смена языка не работает, субтитров в принципе нет русских, что делать то??? деньги на ветер? вы там нормально себя чувствуете??? плюс еще мой ремастер отображается как обычная старкрафт, а не как ремастер, вообще отлично”
Пост от 15 сентября. не думаю что помогут оперативно…
PS попробуй поменяй регион в левом нижнем углу в лаунчере на “Америка”. Мне помогло, вернулся Ремастер с возможностью смены языка и адекватной графикой.
Does pressing F5 toggle between classic and remastered mode?
I’m having the same problem as Хмурый. Macbook Pro M1 running Tahoe here. Purchased Remastered about a month ago on sale. Remastered is still in my account purchase history. Hitting F5 on game menu doesn’t change anything. I am prompted to purchase Remastered again though. Which isn’t happening 
Seems it’s a bug in the game, not the Blizz account.
Just found a solution.
Swapping region from Asia to Americas has made the HD graphics work again.
Swapping back to Asia disabled them again with no option to re-enable them.
Seems like it’s a region problem.
Проблема более концептуальная, она не в самой возможности поменять графику, а в том, что игра не видит расширение “Ремастер”. Вместо него запускается стандартный Старкрафт, который помимо невозможности изменения графики так же не содержит некоторых иностранных языков.
Помогает только смена региона в лаунчере.
Понять обычный у васт старкрафт или нет можно по меню загрузки. Если там 6 персов из компании в hd графике - грузит ремастер. Если Керриган в низком разрешении - у вас стандартный старкрафт и там невозможно выставить ru и тд.
My problem resolved itself. When I tried to launch StarCraft again, I saw that the remastered version was launching. I don’t know what the problem was.
The ticket I created was closed with the standard response:
I didn’t do any of the above.
The only thing that could have affected the situation is that I sometimes launch the StarCraft client through a VPN. Perhaps something happened while connecting to the Blizzard servers that caused the error.
Changing my region didn’t help in Battle.net. At work, the region is Slovak and the language is Slovak, but the game works. At home, the region is Russian and the language is Slovak, but the problem persists.
