Starcraft Remastered crashing on new Macbook Pro 14”

Hi,

As the title states, SC: Remastered has caused a brand new MBP 14" to crash 3 times while playing since owning it for 3 weeks. Apple rep. told me it’s likely an application issue but I thought this was fixed already by Blizzard. Any clue what’s going on?

MBP has the latest software update: Monterey 12.6
