Hey there,

Without the crash ID code, no system/connection information it can be tough to investigate.

As for support. You can click the support button at the top of this page, then choose contact support. That will allow you to generate a ticket. It’s important to include any requested system files as well as any error codes, crash ids and details of the issue with any ticket submission.

Now in general an application error could be a number of potential things from

OS/drivers being out of date, Good idea to manually check windows update as well as the maker’s website for any hardware

Corruption with the game client or its settings file. Deleting the settings file under Documents/Starcraft then reinstalling the game can help.

Interference from other programs on the system such as Onedrive preventing the settings file under Documents/Starcraft from being synced or updated properly to a permission or firewall issue. Disabling Onedrive/Firewall/Security software temporarily can help test the issue.
