Reward portraits from previous seasons

For example, mighty tank portrait from Season 1. I was absent during that season and I would like Blizzard to make them available for:
1)$ or 2) Points or 3) reroll for next season(s).
Please, don’t make unobtainable things, don’t turn this game into “Feats of Strength”. Playing this game since early 2000s this is really sad for me that I missed my tank portrait (especially when your main is terran).

P.S.:
Please sell Blizzcon console skins from '17 and '18 as well. From what I heard they’re being sold in Korea (also as giveaways for participating on KSL finals). Not all of us can travel to South Korea.

Was in military on early 2018 so couldn’t login. Any chance they will make SIEGE TANK portrait usable?

Any news about that? My main is also terran and I feel bad not having it in my collection. Please add it to portrait list, make it earnable via points.
