While not the most popular game mode, team melee offers experienced and novice players a novel way to enjoy melee games together.
One gripe with this mode is that for some reason however the replay function is completely broken for team melee games (completely wrong races appear as players etc., not even mildly close actions to those in game are taken).
This isn’t a recent issue, but a query, is there any particular reason why replays for team melee don’t work and this hasn’t been fixed over the years?

I believe that Team Melee is AWESOME !!!. One thing i would like to have personally is the posibility of turning team Melee into Macro Micro, in which one player can ONLY make base, move workers, make upgrades, expand etc, and the other one makes all the micro, moving the units etc, then you can both move overloads or shuttle/dropships etc.
Also i agree that the replay option is completely broken, i made a thread on the old forums about it and… nobody even cared.
There are already maps that do this …
Micro/marco teamgame or something like that they are called…
