Problem with CTRL " Please HELP"

i have problem with CTRL - not select a group i change 2 keybords and the same, some time work som not help pls. maybi som with windows ?

I think it’s your keyboard connection issue or OS issue.

I have the same problem just recently, I am not able to hotkey both numbers 1 and 2. 34567890 are ok. This is the CTRL on the left side of the keyboard that I am using. But it works when I hotkey with right side of the keyboard CTRL. I’ve tried scan and repair, unistall and re-install the game, nothing works. Does anybody know why this occured out of sudden?
