Yeah, same problem here. I’m from Europe. It says check network connection and try again, error 6:9

Same here, I had to consent to some agreement before bnet started up. But when launching SC, getting the error above.

Same from Canada trying to sign on to West server a few times. Than received a text from Blizzard my account has been locked. lol

Same thing was happening to me. I uninstalled, then reinstalled and it seems to be fixed now.

its the same for everyone. they did break the game with the last patch.
