Mini's cursor changes color

I have just been watching Mini’s stream VOD. I noticed whenever he clicks, his cursor changes color. Can you enable this somehow?

it does look to be from the app he uses to stream, there is no such opt inside SC.

If I’m not mistaken that’s bug which happens from streaming or other third party program he’s using. So it’s not something decorative that you can change.
