why didn’t blizzard change the cinematic of starcraft remastered ?

Just like the others said, it was not a promised feature. They’ve reworked them a bit in order to run full screen and they look fine, however they do stutter a lot which is annoying.
And with it they scraped the localizations. It is not possible anymore to watch it with anything other then english voices and in other languages there are only different subtitles. Did not even give us the chance to look the original versions if we do not have an old StarCraft.
