Hello, I’m currently not able to play SC remastered in HD. I own the game and I am both logged in and in my actual region (South America), but still I’m unable to activate HD. I own a good PC for the game’s standards so I should be able to use HD from what I understand (AMD 5 5600G and RX580, 16gb ram), still can’t. As I said, I already checked that I’m logged in and my region, so I doubt it’s that. Can you help me? Thank you in advance
Try setting your location to america in the Bnet launcher. (In game when connecting to battle.net you can choose another server).
It was an error on my part, mb. Turns out I thought the HD graphics were available in the free version but they are not, it’s only for the paid version of the game hahahah. Thank you a lot mate.
