I was just wondering, will there ever be a Master Archives option for the Wings of Liberty Campaign? After having the freedom to choose upgrades freely in the other three campaigns, it feels outdated to not have that freedom on the first campaign.

Extremely unlikely.
WoL is much more non-linear than HotS or LotV, so it would be hard to “balance” such a thing there.
And on top of that, no more development in SC2 will be done.

Ah here we go again.
You can’t put the same Master Archive system from HotS or LotV.
They give you the best possible option, which is possiblr because they have fixed checkpoints like Ulnar or 3rd planet after Umoja.
If you used this exact same system in WoL you can end up with fully upgraded BCs or Dusk Wings on Agria, Redstone or Tarsonis with Tech Lab and Cellular Reactor to boot.
Yes, it’s possible to play WoL in such order. I can describe it on detail, but please don’t ask me.

A Master Archives has been there for years.
Did this guy go full balls to the wall? Like skipping Agria until he finished all the other missions?
Aside from the challenges already mentioned, development of SC2 ended this past October. SC2 as it is not is how it will remain outside of possible competitive balance patches and/or bug/technical fixes.
