Why Is Upload Disabled Again?
It’s disabled because of graphic videos. It sucks that blizzard won’t give us anymore information

I wish that blizzard would enable publishing for 1 or 2 day’s, at the end of each month and inform the player base that the arcade would be risky to view until malicious content is removed.
