I think it’s because Terran is the “aggro” race i.e. reapers, drops, widowmines, liberator, Viking, heck even Battlecruisers — All of these and more (hellions, etc) are all GREAT at harassment.
Terran is the harassment race. If there’s any race that can harass well it’s terran and I think that coupled with the fact that terran has a lot of different tools makes them “scary” and easy to “hate”.
