For the past several weeks, the game is unable to download maps to start a custom game. I have a windows PC and there I can play with no problem, but it does not work on my Macbook Pro.
My guess is that it started when I upgraded to Catalina.
I’ve already removed everything “battle net” or “blizzard” and re-installed it from scratch.
Basically, when I go to Custom game, the maps list is empty and just stays like that. Before I re-installed, it showed 4 maps in the list but did not show their information when I selected any of them. And when I tried to create a game lobby, it just stayed in “entering lobby” forever.

This is a sign the connection is being blocked. I would recommend to try the following:
- Make sure the OS firewall is set up to allow the game access following the Operating System steps Here
- If you have your own anti-virus or firewall software installed on the system check with the software developer on how to safe list programs.
