Kerrigan P1 – Malevolent Matriarch
Malignant Creep increases the movement speed of allied ground combat units by 30%. The Omega Network is no longer disabled; Omega Worms are replaced with Creep Towers (unused HotS Nydus structure), which are Detectors that can channel creep generation in large swaths across the map.
Alarak P1 – Artificer of Souls
Each dead Supplicant now bestows 2 stacks (thanks to Bogdanov89 for this idea); these stacks can go to separate mechanical units. Whenever a mechanical units dies, it temporarily (for 20 seconds) grants nearby allied units +5% attack speed for each stack it had.
(Originally increased bonus per stack by 20%, to a maximum of 5 stacks. But Slayers and War Prisms already gain 20% per stack to a maximum of 5 stacks, making a new solution necessary.)
Fenix P1 – Akhundelar
The Cybros Arbiter gains a new ability, replacing its Stasis Field. Its Recall grants +100% damage to the transported units for 20 seconds. Its Cloaking Field becomes passive, no longer costing energy.
New ability – Matrix Burst (prestige values in brackets):
– Deals 50 (100) damage to enemy units in the target area, and constructs a random group of holographic units that last for 15 seconds. The summoned units do not benefit from upgrades. (They also deal +100% damage.) Costs 50 energy; cooldown 6 (3) seconds.
– Potential holographic summons: 8 Marines, 4 Roaches, 4 Zealots, 4 Firebats, 3 Hydralisks, 3 Adepts, 3 Marauders, 2 Mutalisks, 2 Stalkers, 1 Liberator, 1 Aberration, 1 Void Ray

Stukov P2 – Plague Warden
Stukov’s cargo-carrying units drop their cargo on death (thanks to Aneroid for this suggestion). Hunterlings, Chokers, and Stanks with timed life can be spawned at the Infested Barracks; Infested Banshees can load these as well. Spotters replace Overseers as Detectors. Infested Liberators and Spotters can also load units spawned at the Infested Barracks.
Han and Horner P3 – Galactic Gunrunners
Precision Strike cooldown reduced by 50%. Instead of costing 100% more, each Strike Fighter Platform now costs 2 additional supply. (Thanks to Bogdanov89 for these ideas.)
Potential further change:
Call in the Fleet and Space Station Reallocation are disabled and replaced with two new Strike Fighter abilities: EMP Strike (damages shields and energy, and reveals cloaked units) and Cryogenic Strike (stuns and freezes enemy units for 15 seconds). These abilities share their charges and cooldown with Precision Strike.
