I purchased Starcraft Remastered less than a month ago (5-24-2020 to be precise). It was working until a few days ago, and now it only allows me to play the Original version. I’ve tried firewall settings. Completely wiped out all files, shut down the system, rebooted and reinstalled the game and it still only lets me play the Original version. How do I resolve this issue? Also, is there a way to activate/deactivate the Remastered version?
this is the starcraft 2 pc support forum, not the starcraft remastered forum. you should post your problem on the starcraft remastered forum and not here on the starcraft 2 forum. as for your problem: you should open a ticket, as that seem to be a licensing issue.
