I’m getting this Temporary Outage error when logging into the US servers. I also get it if I try KR. I can log into EU just fine though. I’ve tried a whole bunch of different fixes and nothing is working.

Same thing is happening to me.
Having the same issue, cannot login to US server. Keep getting temporary outage error after trying all of the solutions in other older threads.
Getting the same message. Picked a bad day to play a Blizzard game after not touching them for 4 years.

same here! didnt play sc2 for years and I got the same error.
I have this same issue, NONE of the trouble shooting fixes have worked. can Blizzard please address this horrid issue. Being locked out of my account that has all of my hundreds of hours playing co-op unlocks is not cool. Why does EU work just fine??

I also had trouble with US servers. EU worked.
Three friends and I all tried to play NA servers yesterday and today and all of us are having this issue. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes, tried multiple accounts, etc. EU server works fine but NA always gets this error.

there are similar threads on this reported ranging from few months to years ago, seems to happen to returning players after a long break
EU probably work because it is a fresh state with none of your previous save files on the server

Same, played a lot of SC2 a while ago but now I can’t get in due to this issue. Tried all the troubleshooting, uninstall/reinstall, beta/standard blizzard client, check for ptr file. EU works, but not US or KR.
Edit: tried uninstalling bnet client, deleted every blizzard related file and clean reinstall client. Still not working.

Harstem’s videos brought me back to SC2, Blizzard’s login issue pushed me back away. See you in another 3 years!
I’ve got the same thing going on, same with my buddy.
I have tried to open a support ticket 3 times now, each time it sits and spins when I submit and verify, never actually opens a ticket…
Same issue here in NA. Hope this gets some attention soon. I have not played the game for a long period of time similar to others in this thread. Just came back after a long hiatus (years).

Same here! No matter what i do it continues to tell me the same thing.
Same issue here on US servers. Haven’t tried the EU servers yet though
