SC2 wants to update, gets Try Again message

On the BNet launcher, I have the option to update SC2. Each time I try it runs into error BLZBNTAGT00000BB8 saying ‘try again’. The recommended fix is to scan and verify the install, but when I try to do that I get the same error.
Any thoughts?

  2. Reinstall the game.
