Sc2 disconnect with fast internet speed

I am playing a custom melee game against a bot and after a few minutes, the game disconnects. It doesn’t reconnect. I have checked and I have a fast internet connection (134 Mbps) and I’m on a wired connection. I have also recorded the text output from WinMTR that I was recording during the game. I don’t see an option to attach or add it to this post, though. If anyone would let me know how, that would be helpful.

This is the WinMTR contents. Feel free to let me know if it isn’t useful. I’m not at all familiar with posting on forums here:

you could check if energy efficient ethernet is on. that causes problems in starcraft 2 when active.

Hey JavaRunner,

To post the WinMTR results you’ll want to just copy and paste the entire thing from the .txt document that was generated. Then highlight all the text in the post and hit the </> button in the posting area.

Did the WinMTR results I posted provide any info? It stopped happening for a while and is now back. I was disconnected twice while playing against a friend.

Hey JavaRunner,

I didn’t see the WinMTR in your original post when I replied. Looking at the data things look a bit odd. Not bad persay, just like the WinMTR test didn’t collect the data correctly or something.

If the problem stopped on its own and then started up again without you changing anything, there’s a good chance that it’s a problem related to the internet provider.

If you want to run a new WinMTR and post the results we can take a look again. This time I would just recommend posting the results and using the preformatted text </> button so that it doesn’t mess with any of the formatting.
