HI after that i lost one game where i lost 20 point of mmr the system move me from platinum level 2 to bronze level 3. i try again i won a game but i remain in bronze 3 and i don’t receive any experience point and i don’t move in ladder

You can’t. The problem is not on your end. It’s Blizzard’s server / client the one with the issue. They need to fix this @%·"%$ !
Fix it blizzard, this is embarassing - the most important thing in the game, which actually makes it fun to play DOESNT WORK.
